Faith Assembly Church Daily Living Outreach. Located at 3001 W Division. Open from 9 to 11 AM on Fridays. You must bring social security cards for each member of the household and a proof of residency. You can only go once every other month. You will receive a grocery bag full of supplies, (toilet tissue, dish soap, Comet, all purpose cleaner, hand soap, toothpaste, tooth brushes etc.) For information call 865-2126.
Keeping Track of Meds. Integrity Pharmacy has a new way to package medication. You will receive a one month supply of all medications in one box. Each dosage is packaged together in a small plastic packet and is printed with a label. This is intended to prevent having to travel with bubble packs or full containers of medication.
